Kendal graduated from ASU in 2014 Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Science and pursued a postgraduate degree in Texas. He attended Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and graduated in 2016 with a degree in Physician Assistant Studies. He is a board-certified Physician Assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
